Standard Refund Window
Students may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After this period or content threshold, refunds are issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Courses or masterclasses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale
Subscription fees after the initial refund period
Downloadable resources that have been accessed or downloaded
Certificates of completion that have been issued

Refund Processing
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days.
Payment Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
Currency and Fees
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, or payment processing fees charged by third parties are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds

A portion of course content has been accessed
Services were partially delivered before cancellation
Technical issues affected only part of the learning experience
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless otherwise required by law.
Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, access to the course or masterclass content will be revoked immediately. Any certificates, completion records, or downloaded materials must not be used following a refund.
