Building mobile experiences
where artificial intelligence
makes sense
Murkavelot started in 2021 when we noticed too many apps adding AI features without asking if they actually helped users. We focus on education because teaching someone a new skill requires understanding how they think, adapt, and retain information.

What we learned from real students
Most educational apps treat AI like a magic answer button. Students type questions and get explanations they copy without understanding. We spent six months watching how people actually learn new technical skills.
The breakthrough came from observing a student struggling with interface design. She didn't need another tutorial explaining theory. She needed to see specific decisions made by experienced designers, understand why those decisions worked, and then practice making similar choices in different contexts.
AI helps us adapt content pacing based on how quickly someone grasps concepts, suggest relevant examples from their background, and identify which fundamentals they might have missed. It doesn't replace instruction or hands-on practice.

How we measure progress
months average development cycle per course module
hours of direct student feedback integrated annually
percent of learners complete their chosen program
